Queen Eleonora Cross Red Cross Medal Instituted in 1913. This Royal award was founded by Queen Eleonora. Awarded personally by the Queen in recognition of services to the Bulgarian Red Cross during the First 1912-1913 Balkan War. Obv: Queen initials "E" above the red cross.
